How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method at any time.
There are two ways to update a payment method.
- Updating the default payment card for your account. This option will not update the payment card for existing subscription orders.
- Updating the default payment card for an individual subscription.
To update the payment card on your account:
- Go to "Account"
- Go to "Wallet"
- Click "Add Card"
- Enter the new details
- Click "Save Card"
PLEASE NOTE: updating the card in the My Wallet section of your account will not update the payment card used for existing subscriptions on your account.
To update a payment card for an individual subscription, you can either select an existing card and choose that as your default payment method for the subscription, or you can add a new card.
To add a new card for an individual subscription:
- Go to "Account"
- Go to "Subscriptions"
- Click "Manage Subscription" next to the subscription for which you wish to update any payment details
- Click the "Update Payment Method" link in the payment section of the screen
- Click "Add Card"
- Enter your new card details
- Click "Save Card"
- Your default payment method for this subscription has now been updated.
To switch to an existing card for an individual subscription:
- Go to "Account"
- Go to "Subscriptions"
- Click "Manage Subscription" next to the subscription for which you wish to update any payment details
- Click the "Update Payment Method" link in the payment section of the screen
- Select a payment card from the list
- Click "Confirm Payment Method".
- Your default payment method for this subscription has now been updated.
